Having trouble closing your Sage 50 company using the Year End Wizard? You don’t have to wait until December 31 to use the Year End Wizard. As soon as your books are closed for the prior year, you can perform the Year End Wizard close. For most of our clients that follow a January – December fiscal year, we recommend performing the Year End Wizard in October. If your company has a non-calendar Fiscal year, plan to perform the Year End Wizard for the prior fiscal year approximately 2-3 months before the last day of your next fiscal year.
